SHIPPING POLICY

 

FREE SHIPPING OVER $50

Every order over $50 qualifies for free standard shipping within the United States. The qualifying order subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Orders of $50 or less are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

 

LAS VEGAS FULFILLMENT

Orders are fulfilled from our retail stores on the Las Vegas Strip and our main Las Vegas fulfillment location at 4575 Dean Martin Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Every order is packed carefully before shipment.

 

PROCESSING TIME

We usually ship orders the same business day. Orders placed after the daily carrier cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the next business day. During unusually busy periods, processing may require additional time.

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Domestic orders are shipped with tracking when available. Tracking information is sent after the carrier accepts the package. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are normally met, but carrier, weather, address, or other delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected; changes may not be possible after shipment.

 

DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us promptly at tmrinvestmentlv@gmail.com or 702-867-2228 so we can assist. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
