PRODUCTS AND LICENSING
Products sold by iHeartSocks are official licensed products manufactured by third-party licensees; they are not manufactured by iHeartSocks. Team, league, brand, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production run. We may change descriptions, availability, prices, or purchase limits at any time.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, or payment reasons. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we confirm acceptance. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

SHIPPING
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are fulfilled from our Las Vegas Strip retail stores and our main Las Vegas fulfillment location at 4575 Dean Martin Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89103. We usually ship orders the same business day. Orders received after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the next business day. Domestic orders are packed carefully and shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout; carrier, weather, or other delays outside our control may occasionally occur. Please review the separate Shipping Policy for complete details.
